Pricing follows lease count, clause complexity, and how complete your document pack is — not a subscription ladder.
We quote after a short intake. The ranges below are orientation only; your estimate will state a fixed fee or day-rate ceiling in writing before work starts. No payment is taken on this site.

Deposits and timing
Larger audits may require a booking deposit to reserve the review window. That deposit is applied to the final fee and is subject to the terms on our refund page.
Rush work inside two weeks of auditor kickoff is quoted separately because document chasing compresses the calendar.
