Data we collect

  • Contact details you submit (name, email, message, optional lease count, preferred dates, engagement interest).
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed when analytics cookies are accepted.
  • Engagement documents you later send (contracts, ledgers) under a separate engagement — treated as confidential client materials.

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to respond to your request and prepare estimates (legitimate interest / steps prior to contract). We process engagement materials to perform contracted work. Analytics run only with consent where required.

Retention

Inquiry emails and form records are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or legal claim. Engagement working papers are retained for at least seven years or as required by applicable accounting practice standards and the engagement letter. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until cleared.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. If your engagement requires speaking with your external auditor, we share only what you authorize.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Taiwan. If a processor stores data outside Taiwan, we seek appropriate contractual safeguards consistent with applicable Taiwan personal data protection requirements.

Your rights

Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of processing, and you may object to certain processing. Contact hello@autodigisys.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwan authority for personal data protection.
